**Ryuji sticks his tounge out & appears to taunt his opponent. But, if you attack him, he will counter attack with one of his more damaging maneuvers, usually his Knife version of the Dashing Punch. Not really Zen-no-Mind, but it's the closest thing I've seen in a video game.

Ryuji is a Yakuza (Asian crime lord). And he is quite certifiably insane. His imense street fighting skills, plus his underworld contections, make his a real powerful player in the street fighter world. While he doesn't have nearly the power of Bison (neither physically nor in contacts) he is a powerful character, & players should always deal with him carefully. His general hatred of all life only serve to make him all the more dangerous to PCs, and what few allies he makes in the SF world typically disapear sooner or later.
