Okay, Now, I'm not sure who came 1st, Vega or Laurence, but I'll tell you what, either SNK stole from Capcom, or vice versa. He's a acrobatic, charming, Spanish bullfighter, who does assasination work on the side for excitement. And he's a miniboss. I think he's supposed to be one of Krauser's henchmen, but his loyalties are somewhat cloudy, and I suspect he'll work for whoever pays him well. As for his style, it isn't really Spanish Ninjitsu, (I think I've seen it refered to as Matador style), but he's so similar to Vega in movement & appearance that I think it fits.
