Iori is Kyo's life long rival. He comes from a very old martial arts school (perhaps more like a ninja clan house?), which happens to always be fighting with Kyo's school. Perhaps it's because they have the moon for their symbol, & Kyo's clan uses the Sun... I hope it's deeper than that though. Anyway, every year Iori loses to Kyo, & every year he goes a little more insane. Near the end of the storyline, He willingly injects himself with Orochi blood, to give him enough power to beat Kyo. This drives him totally mad & fills him with bloodlust (It also makes him MUCH more powerful, but that's another story.)
Should you need to use Orochi Iori for some strange reason, Add +1 to all his Phys & Mental stats, & Subtract -2 from his Socials. Then give him Lightfeet & a Super version of his Flaming Dragon Punch. Now imagine how someone infected with Rabbies would look and act, & you're close enough to wing it. Oh, & Drop his Honor to 0.
