Choi was originally an assassin sent to kill Kim Kaphwan. Kim caught Choi & beat him up pretty badly, & is apparently forcing Choi to stick around until he cleans up his act. Apparently if they do well in the King of Fighters tournament, Kim will let Choi leave. I'm not quite sure why he's still hanging around, but I reckon he's pretty afraid of Kim. As far as playing Choi goes, in the video game he's the most annoying character I've ever seen. he's INSANELY fast, and can do as much or more damage than the 'big' characters. Plus, he's so short most characters have to duck to hit him at all. Pretty much, he plays alot like Rolento, well, other than the short bit.
