I forget if the books cover lying down on purpose, so if you don't already have a maneuver for lying down, I recomend using this one: +2 speed, no damage, One move. Or you could also add a -2 speed penalty to any maneuver to lie down before staring it.
Also, Chin has the ability to fake a dizzy at will. Play that however you like.

Chin is the stereotypical drunken master. He's dirty, rude, offensive, and, well, drunk. Actually, he doesn't even seem all that bright, but he has two very loyal students who keep getting better, so I guess he must actually know a thing or two about Kung Fu. In combat, Chin keeps his oponents constantly off guard by moving very slowly, then surprising his opponent with fast attacks. You could play this by having him actually move slower than his actual speed on the opening rounds, then unleash with Chin's true speed on the following rounds. One last note, Chin doesn't seem to gain any benefit from drinking during the game, but we played around with it a long time ago, & giving it an effect similar to Musical Accompaniment didn't seem too unbalancing. For 1 Chi & a strong drink, Give Chin +1 to speed, damage or move for the next 3 rounds. This can not change between rounds, so choose carefully.
