Bob is the new Caporeia guy, & he's busy trying to prove himself. He's the #1 student of Richard Meyer (the Caporeia guy from the older games). Richard has now retired, & opened up the Pao-Pao cafe. Bob is following in his footsteps, & is managing the Pao Pao cafe 2 (the sequel?), which I believe is on the lake shore of South Town. Bob is your standard smiling jamacian, very similar to DJ I reckon. He's always smiling in & outside of the ring, & maintains an energenic disposition wherever he goes. Oh, and for some reason, SNK makes a point of spelling Caporeria differently every time it's mentioned.
