Okay, remember the Ninja Turtles? Remember how they were sorta a parody... I mean, they were turtles, so they were slow, but they were also Ninjas, so they were fast... right? Well, if doesn't instantly strike you as being just wrong, then you can probably dig Cheng. He's a joke character, REALLY fat, a lot bigger than E. Honda, and not nearly in as good shape (although he is very round). And then make him REALLY fast and athletic, but don't explain how that's possible, and you've got Cheng. I know Cheng owns his own restaurant, which he manages, & that it is always on the brink of bankruptcy, as he eats pretty much all the profits... Otherwise, he's a pretty nice guy, & does what he can to help his neighborhood in Hong Kong. He is greedy, lazy, & fat, but somehow comes off as being a good guy. Oh, & somehow he has a really attractive wife too. Some guys get all the luck. Oh, and in case you didn't guess, alot of his moves make him even fatter when you perform them, particually his Air Smash, which, well, it's funny to watch, anyway.
